The Black Women in Leadership Program
Our coaching helps Black women bring their authentic presence to the workplace. By connecting with their core values, innate talents, and inner wisdom they gain the comfort to be themselves. As they fully own the value of their contributions they learn to thrive, not just survive, in their roles. Many of the challenges listed above are unfortunately a common part of corporate life for Black women. As they adopt a more authentic way of being, they become more grounded and resourced in how they respond to these and other challenges. When an adverse situation occurs, instead of consciously or subconsciously taking it as a reflection of their worth, they have tools with which to navigate the situation.
Our Coaching.
Each program is highly customized based on the topic for which Client seeks coaching, how the client is showing up in the world, and the Client’s desired outcomes. The Coach will guide the Client to deepen their self-awareness and their way of “being” as a leader. We use multiple modalities that incorporate brain science, somatics, neuroplasticity, and advanced coaching methodologies.
Our whole person approach delves much deeper than just what the Client is currently experiencing in the workplace. To unpack what blocks the Client’s full expression of their talents and their authentic presence, our comprehensive coaching process may involve exploring different areas of the Client’s life including their family, history, finances, health, relationships, education, recreation, culture, and spirituality.
Program Content.
Our six-month Black Women in Leadership Program Includes:
90 minute coaching Intake session
Individual enneagram report
Coaching program purpose and objectives tailored to the client’s needs
Weekly 60-90 minute 1:1 coaching conversations for the first 5 weeks
Bi-weekly 60-90 minute 1:1 coaching conversations for the remainder of the program
Exercises, practices, and reading customized for Client
Optional 360 Assessment
